Seller of record. Alcohol purchased on this site is sold and shipped by an independent, licensed retailer on the LiquidRails network: Daisy, 5648 3rd St NE, Washington, DC 20011. Title passes to the buyer at the retailer's licensed premises and the shipment is arranged on the buyer's behalf.
